Are you familiar with this?

It happens to everyone.  You know what I’m talking about. You learn something new.  A hobby. A sport. Whatever. Enthusiasm kicks in, and you go all out buying supplies, equipment…best of everything.
Let’s focus here.  Imagine that you just learned how to knit.  The realization that you could create almost anything kicks in.  The vision of beautiful, hand-knit gifts starts to fill your mind.  Scarves.  Socks.  Sweaters.  Hats. Mittens. Gloves. Have you been there? Do you know this person?

All I want for Christmas…

…is to be able to finish all the projects I have on my list.  I know.  We walk into malls, stores, boutiques, and the Christmas decorations are starting to go up.  In some places, they’ve been up for weeks.  I haven’t even seen the Hallowe’en stuff, and yet, marketing experts have us start to worry about Christmas way early.  It’s nuts.  Don’t shoot me.  I just need to be as organized as possible.
